Q & A:

How much will it cost to file as part of a group case with Neighborhood Solutions?

It is $60 per plaintiff unless you are suing more than one person or entity. The $60 covers court filing costs, process server costs, filing of proof of service and NSI processing costs.

Are there other costs associated with filing a case with NSI?

You may be asked to pay for out of pocket expenses related to your case such as postage and office supplies if used. If you win your case we ask for a 20% contingency to be paid to NSI. If your case must go to the Appealate Court we will assign an attorney to represent you for an additional contingency of 30%. If you do not win your case you will not be obligated to pay anything further to NSI.
